I started weight training at 16. Unfortunately I went in blindfolded. Barely knew the basics. Going to the gym I would see Janeen training. She was and inspiration to me. With my weight fluctuating and complaining I had no energy to workout I finally decided to get Janeen’s professional advice. Through proper meal coaching, I learned how to eat to gain lean muscle while reducing fat. She also customized a weight training and cardio program and changed it frequently to keep my muscles thinking. A couple weeks into my program I was hooked. Now many years later, exercise and healthy eating is a big part of my life that I can share with others. Thank you, Janeen, for giving me the movitation to be the person I am today.
